We did not have much luck with the weather, but as always this is part of the game …
For sure we will not forget our descent along the crater of the Tulpagorni, the deep powder snow of first days, the cozy Tarfala hut where we were stuck two days by snowfalls, the wonderful day to get back to Kebnekaise lodge between the avalanches, the reindeers and the landscapes of the Swedish Lapland …
This area, with its glaciers and the many couloirs, it’s a perfect place for a “technical” touring program, but it’s still not popular, except for Swedish skiers.
