The pictures of our climbing trip on multipitch routes in Greece.
We started around half November, with the snow and cold temperatures at home, but we founded great weather and good conditions for climbing, with some cloudy days, perfect for the long routes on the sunny faces.
In the first part of the week we climbed in the Varasova area, a place with compact rock and long routes where is necessary to put your own protections.
Then we moved South to climb in the wonderful valley of Leonidio.
On the big face above the town we climbed some new sportclimbing routes (with 7/8 pitches), all very nice.
In Leonidio the climbing is getting more and more important and in only a bit more than one year since the last time I was there, I saw many new sectors, a new guidebook and many many more climbers…

Thanks again to Mike for one more nice climbing trip together and for beeing so strong at 73!

To know more about the Leonidio climbing area you can have a look at the website:climbing-leonidio.com.
Here you can find some info about climbing in Varasova.
