Francesco Tremolada lives in the Dolomites where he works as professional mountain and ski guide and photographer. Landscape and travel photohgraphy are his fovourite, but he’s shooting everyday mountain activities like climbing and skiing.

IMG_1226He is one of the inventor and creator of Planetmountain.com, actually one of the most important websites in Europe. He has written different guidebooks about the Dolomites and the last one, “Freeride in Dolomiti“, with english version, is considered the best guidebook for skiing in the Dolomites.

As photographer he has published images on the most important mountain magazines, in many different large format books, tourist and companies brochures, postcards…

Francesco Tremolada is a UIAGM/IFMGA mountain and ski guide.

He works with the Alta Badia guides school, based in Corvara – Dolomites. The Dolomites are his main “playground” but he works often in the Alps and other mountains worldwide.

He has guided in Nepal, Canada, Bolivia, Ecuador, Chile, Russia, Tanzania… where he has climbed and skied mountains and vulcanoes.
