Greece climbing trip 2017

The pictures of our climbing trip in Peloponnese, Greece.
We started around half November, with the snow and cold temperatures at home, but, except the first day, we founded great weather and good conditions for climbing.
In the first part of the week we climbed in the Kyparissi area, a beautiful and quite place with plenty of rock for the future…
Here we did the new multipitch route “King Albert 1er”, opened recently by the Remy brothers.
Then we moved North to climb again in the wonderful valley of Leonidio.
On the big face above the town we climbed the classic “Pillar of Fire”, a trad challenging route and the first multipitch of the area.
In Leonidio the climbing is getting more and more important and in only one year since the last time, we saw many new sectors, a new guidebook and many many more climbers…

Thanks again to Mike for one more nice climbing trip together and for beeing so strong at 74!
